How to ask for a refund

1. Email support@doppelgan.com from the address you used to buy.
2. Include your order number (it's in your receipt email).
3. We'll process the refund within a few business days. Your bank may take 5–10 days to show it.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, the license key stops working and the virtual camera returns to its locked state.

Purchases older than 14 days aren't normally refundable, but if something is wrong, write to us anyway and we'll do our best to help.
