Terms of Use

These terms apply to the DoppelGAN website and the DoppelGAN app (together, the "Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Software.

1. Your license

DoppelGAN is licensed, not sold. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app:

• Free trial: on any PC for 14 days.
• Paid license: on up to 2 PCs at a time, with free updates for all version 1 releases. Future major versions may be a paid upgrade.

2. What you may not do

• Share, sell or publish your license key, or use it on more PCs than allowed
• Copy, redistribute, rent or resell the Software
• Bypass, disable or tamper with the trial or license checks
• Reverse engineer the Software, except where the law allows it

3. Using it responsibly

You are responsible for how you use DoppelGAN. Follow the rules of your employer, school and the meeting apps you use, and the laws where you live. Only use video of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. Don't useDoppelGAN to impersonate anyone or to mislead people in a way that causes harm.

4. Purchases and refunds

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, under its own buyer terms. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include tax. Refunds follow our refund policy. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the license stops working.

5. Updates

We may release updates to fix problems or improve the app. Some features may change over time. The app may need an internet connection now and then to check your license.

6. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise it will work with every PC, camera or meeting app, or that it will be error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Ending the license

Your license ends automatically if you break these terms. You can stop using DoppelGAN at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and continued use means you accept the new terms.
